Cookie Policy

Effective 26 July 2026

1. Scope and Application

This Cookie Policy describes the technological parameters regarding browser storage on the website ("the Site") operated by Andravio Labs Private Limited, trading under the business name TharCloud ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Policy supplements our Privacy Policy, which governs the processing of personal data generally, and is issued in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Storage Technologies and Browser Integrity

The Site is engineered to operate without writing data to your device. We do not deploy cookies or any equivalent client-side storage technologies. Specifically, the Site does not utilise:

  • Cookies: First-party or third-party cookies of any category (including strictly necessary, functional, performance, analytical, or advertising cookies);
  • Browser Storage API: Web Storage APIs, including LocalStorage, SessionStorage, IndexedDB, or Web SQL;
  • Tracking Vectors: Tracking pixels, web beacons, clear GIFs, session replay scripts, or hardware/device fingerprinting techniques; and
  • Third-Party Telemetry: External analytics suites, advertising trackers, or audience measurement tools.

Navigating the Site writes no persistent data to your web browser and leaves no local footprint on your device.

3. Absence of Consent Mechanisms

Because the Site does not store or access information on your terminal equipment, no cookie banner, preference manager, or consent mechanism is presented upon arrival. Consent is required under applicable law only where tracking or storage mechanisms are active; presenting a consent banner where no data storage exists would be deceptive.

4. First-Party Asset Hosting

All static assets - including software scripts, stylesheets, custom typefaces, graphics, and images - are hosted and served exclusively from our private infrastructure. The Site does not route asset requests to external content delivery networks (CDNs) or third-party media libraries. Browsing the Site prevents external third parties from capturing your IP address via asset requests or placing third-party tracking cookies on your device.

5. External Links and Third-Party Destinations

The Site contains hyperlinks to independent platforms, as well as to tharcloud.com (which is operated by the Company under its trading name). The scope of this Cookie Policy is strictly confined to your interactions on this Site. Once you navigate away via an external link, the storage technologies, tracking mechanisms, and privacy practices of the destination domain govern your session.

6. Server-Side Infrastructure Logs

Standard technical logs generated by our web servers are recorded at the infrastructure level during HTTP requests. As set forth in our Privacy Policy, server-side logs exist to ensure operational stability and network security. These logs are maintained entirely on the server side, are not placed within your browser, cannot be read by third-party domains, and operate independently of your browser's cookie management settings.

7. Policy Adjustments and Future Deployments

In the event that future features necessitate client-side storage technologies, this Policy will be updated to explicitly define the storage mechanism, data retention period, and underlying purpose prior to deployment. If required by applicable data protection laws, appropriate consent-gathering mechanisms will be implemented to allow users to grant or withhold permission freely.

8. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

In accordance with Rule 4(5) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, any complaints or inquiries regarding this Policy or the storage technologies used by the Site should be submitted to our Legal & Compliance Department at legal@andraviolabs.com. Complaints will be acknowledged within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt and addressed within one (1) month.

9. Policy Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Cookie Policy at any time. The prevailing version will remain accessible on this page with the effective date indicated above.
